Two parts of Land, 2018, Lithography, 49x70cm

Here I have tried to depict our world which exists on a single surface of land and water, but we have divided it into different countries by making borders. I have tried to portray a scenario of two different countries simultaneously, on a single point of time. There is a war going on in one country while at the same time, it is being broadcasted in another country's news. Despite dividing the countries with borders, they still share the same flowing river and the same sky. I have symbolically shown an animal also been affected by the human war as it escapes out of his jungle and jumps to other human land. I am trying to raise questions regarding our coexistence with nature and animal life; and how are we dealing with it?

I try to use the directness and simplicity of drawing as my main tool of action.
